Mountain Hearts is Ashe County's only Wellness Center. Our goal is simple: We want to help you be the best you can be and have fun doing it! Our modern exercise facility includes an indoor pool and a full line of aerobic/weight training equipment. We provide a wide variety of prevention, wellness and rehabilitation classes supervised by physicians, registered nurses, certified exercise specialists and also a registered dietician.
